Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located close to the hospital with easy access to bus stops, making traveling in and out of Liverpool a breeze. Plenty of dining options nearby offer convenience, though the room had a strange smell and lacked skirt hangers. The value for money is reasonable with some areas needing improvement.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean, with a good selection of nearby food options to choose from like McDonald's, Subway, Pizza Hut, KFC, and Frankie & Benny's, ensuring you won't go hungry. It's only a 15-20 minute journey to the city center, which was very convenient as we visit Liverpool a few times a year to see friends. The only downside was that the bathrooms were slightly small, but the room itself was nice and cool with the curtains drawn to keep the sun out, facing the east Lancs road.
The hotel offers lovely and clean rooms, though the bathrooms are a bit small. The location is convenient with shops around and close to Liverpool city center. The service provided by the hotel staff was fantastic, but the dining experience could be improved with more variety. The facilities are decent but lack some options.
The hotel is conveniently located in a small Retail Park with essential shops nearby. The rooms are clean with a good variety of food options in the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant. However, the breakfast could use more variety, and the room size is a bit small.
I stayed at the hotel on the first floor, which had a Special Assistance Bathroom, for the night before a football match. The service sorted out our early morning taxi needs seamlessly and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Nicola and Eve. The location, near Liverpool city centre and Aintree Racecourse, was incredibly convenient for all our activities. However, the dining experience could use improvement, as the breakfast lacked variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some minor areas for enhancement.
